For Muslims,
When you carry the al-Quran, Syaitan gets a headache,
When you open it, he collapses.
When he sees you reading it, he faints.
When he sees that you are living what you read, he flees.

I received this message from a friend of mine, and decided to share this with all :).
So, the conclusion is (usual lab report sentence),
read at least 1 sentence of the Quran everyday.
